We are located in Nairobi city, Kenya and wish to venture into Ethiopia Prefabricated House & Real Estate Development sector. All of our products comply with international quality standards and are greatly appreciated in a variety of different markets throughout the world.

The Company mainly specializes in manufacturing prefabricated villas , container houses, prefabricated light steel villas , simple container house , luxury container, expandable container , folding container house , flat pack container , container bathroom, luxury prefabricated houses , C-section steel, steel structure material; color coated steel roofing tile (except wood crafts), color steel laminboard and other steel products. Meanwhile, providing the matching production ofa variety of Lightweight building materials (Color steel bent part and galvanized bent part etc.)

RGC Prefabricated House & Real Estate Development sector is the edifice on which all other RGC subsidiary companies are built on. Since its establishment in 2011, the sector has carried splendid Prefabricated House Assembling, construction and real estate projects for private and public institutions within and outside Kenya. This incredible achievement would have been impossible without its in-house and outsourced highly skilled architects and complex facilities of architectural designs, soil testing, soil sampling, mapping, surveying and provision of variety of style to choose from.

OUR ASSEMBELLING PROCESS

Option 1: If the order is within 1000M² , we recommend you assemble yourself or hire a local team to finish it according our installation manual.

Option 2: If your order is beyond 1000 M²  or 5 buildings, we can send our team to assemble for you. But air ticket, visa, board and lodging are in your account.
